📦 How are orders shipped?

We offer fast and discreet EU-wide shipping. All items are packaged in neutral, secure parcels with full tracking provided upon dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

🧊 Do the peptides need refrigeration?

Yes. Our peptides are shipped as freeze-dried (lyophilized) powders. Upon arrival, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place — ideally refrigerated at 2–8°C. Once reconstituted, they should be used immediately or stored appropriately depending on your research protocol.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. If you experience payment issues, please contact us directly.

🧪 Are your peptides tested?

Yes. All batches undergo purity and identity verification using analytical methods such as HPLC and mass spectrometry. Upon request, we can provide a certificate of analysis (CoA) for specific batches.

🌍 Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently, we focus on EU-based orders to ensure compliance and fast delivery. For orders outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
